Using the most up to date software, we can validate the vehicle and pinpoint the breakdown location efficiently and determine who the nearest supplier is to the location and make the appropriate arrangement; breakdown attendance, pre-booked mobile attendance, direction to the nearest depot. Once the best course of action is determined we issue email and text message updates
